Always contained to one hour per week, these fast-paced events provide Empire agents with local market knowledge, negotiation strategies, and business development action plans. Because these meetings are so well attended, they are also a fantastic networking opportunity to address current buyer and seller needs.
Luxury Homes & Estates Meetings
All agents are invited to participate in discussing luxury market trends, reviewing local market statistics, and strategizing sales of specific luxury properties. Networking is a primary goal as nearly 75% of buyer and seller connections are made through agent relationships.
The Artisan Group

Continuing Education Seminars
Empire Realty sponsors California Department of Real Estate-approved continuing education courses on important risk management issues three times per year. Topics covered include agency, contracts, disclosures, escrow practice, avoiding litigation, and legal updates.

Under Empire Realty’s risk management program, a professional broker reviews all contracts, enabling agents to manage escrows effectively and get immediate answers to important transaction questions.
