Intense scrutiny in valuation is essential in predicting the amount of time a homeowner will invest in selling a property as well as creating the most effective pricing strategy for the market.

The Art of Negotiation
We have redefined our requirements for negotiating transactions in today’s marketplace. A successful negotiator must be focused on keeping a transaction moving forward while also representing the best interests of his or her client. This often means developing creative solutions, advising a client on long-term ramifications, and knowing how to present the offer as a win/win proposal. To position our agents as practiced negotiators, we have a training and certification process in place for all of our agents.
